The concierge staff were the best I have ever met in different hotels. The were extremely helpful with everything. They carry my baby's stroller up and down the stairs every day. They need a ramp badly for luggage, strollers and wheelchairs

Small hotel with clean and elegant rooms. The location was excellent, in the busy area of park lane and oxford street yet nestled in a quiet corner that guarantees a peaceful stay. The food at the Lanes restaurant was delicious with excellent service. Room service was delicious and fast. Housekeeping was efficient and consistently on time.

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to oxford street & hyde park. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in London"

When I visit London I always book at this hotel. Perfect discreet and calm location. Oxford street is just around the corner. The staff always welcome us with a smile and are always happy to assist. Vivien and Marie at breakfast in the brasserie are exceptional. They are very attentive to all our requests. Sahel at the front desk was amazing from check in and all the way through our stay. Also a plus for Arabs and all Muslims this hotel bathrooms are equipped with a Japanese toilet ( smart toilet with heated seats and a bidet) that’s also one of the main reasons I book here actually as it’s one of the few hotels that offer it in London. The bed is very comfortable and bedroom is quite spacious even the 29 m one. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing in general from the lobby to the bedrooms.

the location was very great everything was close by , the quality of the hotel the room was nice at first they gave us a room on the first floor with no views and no sun lights but we asked them to change it and they gave us much better room , the lobby was nice I liked the flowers where you can see them every where and the staff was the best smiling all the time and making sure that we are having a nice time i liked the staff wearing hat welcoming us , i liked the toilet seat that was a great surprise for me . and all everything we need already in the room thank you so much for the most comfortable hotel in london .

I was staying with my 2 children. Once the bed was made up, it remained up. We used the pool amenities….a main reason I booked the hotel…but the staff in the leisure club seemed concerned other guests, or members who used the facilities, were not upset by hearing children. My children are and were well behaved. I do not criticise or blame the leisure staff at all. I blame the hotel Management pandering to rude and inconsiderate people. I do not care how much money people have, manners cost nothing. Your staff need to have the support to stand up to rudeness.
